RoomFlow Proprietary Terms

These terms apply to the original RoomFlow source code, documentation,
presentation materials, and media owned by THE INET™ (the Materials).
The Materials are proprietary and are not offered under an open-source license.

You may view the Materials for informational and evaluation purposes and use
THE INET™'s publicly hosted presentation through its intended browser interface.
This includes temporary browser copies necessary for that use, but does not
authorize deployment or operation of a separate instance.

Except as expressly permitted above, by applicable law, or by a separate written
agreement with THE INET™, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell,
host, deploy, or create derivative works of the Materials. Other use requires
prior written permission from THE INET™. Contact: theinet@proton.me.

These terms do not restrict rights granted under GitHub's applicable Terms of
Service, including viewing and forking a public repository within GitHub.
They do not revoke rights already validly granted under a prior license.

Third-party software, fonts, and other components remain subject to their own
licenses and notices. These terms do not replace or limit those licenses and
do not claim ownership of third-party materials.

No rights to THE INET™ or RoomFlow trademarks, names, or logos are granted,
except as necessary to view the presentation as permitted above.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Materials are provided
AS IS, without warranties of any kind, and THE INET™ is not liable for damages
arising from their use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities
that cannot lawfully be excluded.
